Versa-Tile, Marble & Granite LLC was established in late 2005 in response to the
region’s growing demand for stone fabricated countertops, fireplace surrounds,
vanity tops and custom kitchens. Whether the real estate market is in a boom or
slowing down, new home builders and home owners alike know that investing in
bathrooms and kitchens is never a mistake. The entire feel of the home is different
when kitchens and bathrooms are customized. Granite and other stone types add to
the warmth and feel of any room, and Lowell Broderick and John Pompey knew this
when they decided to grow their business from tile and marble to include granite
fabrication.
Co-Owner and operator Steven Ditmars joined the Versa-Tile Management
Team in November of 2005 to run the granite fabrication shop. Together Lowell,
John and Steve have built a business based on high quality fabrication with skilled
tradesmen, fast and efficient turn around that builders and homeowners are pleased
to rely on , and premium customer service provided by office staff, fabricators
and Versa-Tile Marble & Granite installers.

The 6000 square foot showroom and fabrication shop boasts many granite and Caesar
Stone samples. Designers are welcome to stop by with their clients to discuss
their stone options with the experienced office staff or simply to browse the
